Commencing his real estate career in 2007 focusing in commercial properties in prime areas like Bukit Bintang and achieving bottom- line sales of RM500,000 in his early years, Ivan has since 2011 been tasked to promote WIDEBED ~ an innovative short-term hosting and concierge service platform, marketed in Malaysia under one of our subsidiaries.

Generally, WIDEBED helps many owners of urban properties generate and maximise short-term rental income, practically in zero-stress fashion, by fully managing their real estate 24/7 with our hosting and concierge services.

According to Ivan, he aspires to further develop and steer WIDEBED to eventually becoming the preferred Short-Stay brand in South East Asia!

Ivan strongly believes in the virtues of selfless giving and lifelong learning. Recognition wise, he is a chartered member of OneWorld Toastmasters Club and Malaysia Proptech Association, a platform for developing conducive learning & sharing in the real estate community. In 2017, he also received a JCI Creative Young Entrepreneur Award, for being an inspiration in serving the society at large while creating future leaders.
