By qualification, Alex is a professional Certified Practicing Accountant and has been involved with established property developers over the last 15 years, with vast experiences in business and property development, leasing and property management of residential, commercial, hospitality, retail and student accommodation properties.

He first ventured into property development in Malaysia in 2015, and then in United Kingdom in 2017. As Project Director at OneWorld, he heads the Project Division focusing in project marketing for residential and hotel developments in Malaysia, UK
